Unclaimed Clothing Policy.

At Luxwater Laundry Place Inc, we take great care in handling all garments left in our facility. However, to keep our space organized and ensure timely service for all customers, we have the following policy regarding unclaimed items:

Pickup Deadline

All laundry must be picked up within 30 days of the completion date.

Items not collected within this period will be considered abandoned.

Notification

We may attempt to contact you using the information provided at drop-off.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure we have accurate contact details.

Handling of Unclaimed Items

Unclaimed items after the 30-day period may be donated to charity, recycled, or otherwise disposed of at our discretion.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items not picked up within the stated time frame.

Special Circumstances

If you require extended storage due to travel or emergency, please notify us before the pickup deadline to make arrangements.
