I was so surprised with the laundry environment in New York when I moved in this one of the most advanced cities in the world.

I used to live in a suburb where people usually had a laundry machines in a house. But here in New York, everyone does laundry in a public laundroment. Despite the high demand, laundromat experience is unpleasant in many times.

The environment is very unorganized and dirty. Machine is not clean. There is no body to help customer in laundromat when they need it. I didn't even know there was such a convenient service like a wash & fold service!

From this unpleasant experience. I decided to build a laundromate witha new concept which provide comfortable laundry life experience for busy New Yorkers.

To bring a new concept, we studied Japanese laundromat because we respected their love to cleaanliness and their thought to master a skill for their lifetime.

In fact, in Japan, laundromat is like a cafe. People are enjoying laundry time by using the time effectively. I thought this was the laundromat we were looking for.
